1. Whole grain bread sandwich with peanut butter and jam. Just two slices of your favorite whole grain bread, peanut butter and or jam, or chicken, even the leftovers from last night’s dinner will do the trick. That's it, your launch is ready and just needs packing.
2. Love fresh fruits? Take two slices and put them together like a sandwich. You've got a fruit sandwich. Now make a few more for your friends and movie can start. Fresh fruits are the best, so it will highly depend on the season. Juicy apples with strawberries slices is a nice idea for home made snack, don't you think so?
3. Have some spaghetti? You can turn it into a delicious snack. Just put it on top of a muffin or lightly toasted bagels and top it with grilled cheese. Place inside the oven and cook until the cheese is covered the whole snack.

5. Mix low sugar cereals which you can find in your pantry. You can make a delicious snack by adding some chocolate chips, dried fruits or ever fresh fruit chunks. These are healthier than the candies or other sugary filled snacks on the market .
